Still not what i was expecting,thought would be really firm, sag and soft after very little use. Disappointed, what happened to good firm pillows

I ordered two of these pillows through The Warehouse New Zealand. Delivery was speedy and the pillows seem firm. However, the zip on one of the pillow covers was broken, the zip has parted and can't be opened or closed. I will sew it closed as returning it to Australia is not worth the bother.

Firm but not as firm as I expected. Firmer than the European pillows from Sheridan.
