AustraliaAs soon as we opened the box and realised the topper just sat on top of our mattress with nothing to hold in place we had concerns. Because it was clumping and moving we ended up putting it under another topper that we were able to secure to the mattress which helped but even the overall comfort was not what we expected. We persevered hoping it would get better but have now removed as we were both waking up in more pain than prior to using. Very disappointed and very glad I bought this when it was on sale!
