AustraliaThis is our first time using this pillow and when it first arrived I thought they were going to be too thin but the first night sleep was great. The pillow has the right amount of firmness and support. I have used much more expensive pillows which are great but I find after a couple of months they start to lose their support. We are about 4 weeks in so far and it still has the same support. The gel infusion doesn’t necessarily cool but it does stop it from heating.
