AustraliaPurchased the high and firm pillow online, without physically having seen one. Medium height rather than than ‘High’, and certainly not ‘Firm’.
AustraliaPoor no way is this pillow high and firm soft and low is more accurate. Don't know if stock was miss marked.

AustraliaGreat pillow for the price, the cooling tech is somewhat effective but not amazing ("cooling tech" seems to be the surface fabric only, fill feels standard). I imagine it would work better in a dryer climate, but not enough cooling for the tropics. But good value for money so can't go wrong at the <$30 price
