It is quite good but not as supportive as my previous high & firm pillow. As it was posted and arrived very squashed into a smaller package, this may have affected its volume
These pillows are listed as "High & Firm" - they're high but definitely not firm They're also part of the "luxe" range yet compared to pillows from other companies, these look cheep and nasty A waste of money!

Pillows got flattened out in just 3 to 4 weeks of use so they are no longer high and firm as specified and does not meet quality standards. I have been purchasing Tontine for few years now but this time I was very disappointed.
Great, pillows. Supportive and the perfect height.
Doesn't stay firm. Sinks in the middle. You don't make your pillows like you used to. This is the second pair of pillows in the firm range that are not firm that I have bought. Bit disappointed.
Hi Andrea, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear your that the pillows you have purchased have not met your expectations. Pillows are subjective and sometimes are unlikely to suit everyone's needs and requirements. Polyester by nature is a fibre that will flatten over time. If you are wanting something that is firmer then as a suggestion would be to possibly look at a Memory Foam or Latex range pillow. Pillows are a personal choice so it always good idea to go into a store (if you are able to) to feel and view before purchasing. Regards, Lisa
